Cowon upgrades D3 line of Android media players, the Z2 Plenue, with improved 1GHz Cortex A-8 processor

The Z2 retains the same 3.7-inch 800×480 AMOLED screen as yesteryear’s model with 521MB of RAM along with the usual micro USB and HDMI ports.

Still running on Android 2.3 the media player also features an expandable memory via micro SD card, FM radio, Bluetooth, WiFi and 8GB of internal memory for $230 in Korea. The 32GB version can be had for $300, however launch details for North America remain unclear.
